Why Membership Matters
The Indiana Organization for Nursing Leadership (IONL) is a Region 5 Chapter (one of 49 affiliated state and metropolitan chapters) of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL), an organization of nurses who design, facilitate and manage care. IONL is a state organization and consists of 8 Districts that have meetings at the local level to serve the needs of individual members.
IONL PROVIDES DIRECTION FOR ACHIEVEMENT OF EXCELLENCE IN NURSING LEADERSHIP THROUGH 5 CORE BUSINESS OBJECTIVES.

Developing Relationships
Membership provides the opportunity to develop strategic relationships with executives, educators, consultants, clinical experts, and organization leaders. Exposure to and opportunity for networking with leaders who practice across the continuum plus work in all aspects of healthcare.
